Demo, contact and partner forms. When you submit a form we collect the details you enter, such as name, email, phone, company, acreage, region, preferred demo date and your message, plus the page you submitted from and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed. We use this to answer your request and to follow up about AgroConectSH. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Purchases and free trials. When you buy a report or start a subscription, payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. We receive your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address and the plan purchased, but never your full card details. We use this to deliver the service and ship sensor hardware, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to Brazil and the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision where one applies.
We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. We use your browser’s session storage only to remember your chosen currency and the campaign parameters of your visit; this is cleared when you close the tab. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. Customer and billing records are kept as long as required by tax and commercial law, typically up to 10 years.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@agroconect.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU country where you live.
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
