hQube LLC (“hQube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the owner and operator of the hqube.co website and our software products and services, including SprayLOG, GARD, Jizoni, AgroConectSH, and our IT automation and cybersecurity consulting services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect across our Services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using any hQube Service or this website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account with any of our Services, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), employer or organization name, and password (stored in hashed form).
Content you provide within our Services. What we collect here depends on which Service you use. For example, SprayLOG collects the pesticide application records you enter (application date and time, product name and EPA registration number, application rate, target pest, field or site identifier, weather conditions, applicator license number, and notes); Jizoni collects the project, scheduling, and task data you create; and GARD collects the documents or configuration data you submit for analysis.
Location data. Some Services, such as SprayLOG, let you optionally tag records with your device’s GPS location at the time of logging. You can disable location access for these Services at any time in your device settings.
Photos and attachments. Some Services let you optionally attach photos or files to the records you create.
Device and usage data. We collect device type, operating system, application version, crash logs, and general usage analytics to help us maintain and improve our Services.
Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
Communications. We collect the information you provide when you contact us for sales or support, such as messages sent to sales@hqube.co.
Website usage data. When you visit hqube.co, we may collect standard web log and analytics data, such as pages viewed and browser or device type.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions and manage subscriptions; communicate with you about your account, support requests, or updates; generate the compliance records and reports that are a core function of certain Services (such as SprayLOG’s application logs); monitor, secure, and troubleshoot our Services; and comply with our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Service content — such as application records or location data — for advertising. We only share information:
With service providers who process it solely on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery) and under confidentiality obligations.
For legal reasons, when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
At your direction, such as when you export or share records from a Service.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 6 below.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You can access, update, or correct your account information within the applicable Service. You can disable optional location tagging in Services that support it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, or ask what data we hold about you, by emailing sales@hqube.co. We will respond to and process eligible requests within a reasonable time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Users
We are based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
